Hannah got an ear infection with each new tooth that she cut from age 8 months to 21 months, and we always had to give her Tylenol every four hours until she was on the antibiotics for about a day and a half (otherwise her fever would spike). We also gave her a probiotic (Culturell, I think) to minimize the effects of the antibiotics on her system.
